Secretarial work in pandemic times: new skills or old tasks?

This paper aimed at raising the perception of secretaries about interferences or redimensions in usage their skills, due to remote work modality, imposed by Covid-19 pandemic. A qualitative research was carried out through semi-structured interviews with eight executive working private sector. Among main results obtained, it found that most interviewees noticed changes varied scopes, as well new environment, providing them more autonomy and freedom. In post-pandemic context, respondents confirmed companies they for, will not return same way perspective before.
